My story

Thanks for visiting the Wooden Spoon Vets Rugby fundraising page.

Wooden Spoon Vets Rugby team has been in existence for the last 18 months and since then the team has won many major tournaments. To play Vets rugby, the players have to be over the age of 35. It might be slower but the game is no less hard. The players fund their own costs to play in the events to help raise the profile of the charity as well as raising funds for disadvantaged children. By attending these high profile tournaments the team is generating extensive direct corporate and individual support for the children Spoon helps. Over the next six months the players will be participating in many fundraising activities including skydives, fun runs and sponsored silences to help reach their fundraising target.
