Hellooooooooo! Only me...asking for your help and money.

 

Chris, Ben and I are taking part in the London Bridges Bike Ride, yet again. So please sponsor me! It's not the stupidly long distances that other people cycle for charity, but it's a long way for little ol' me (and last time it made my back hurt a lot so I do suffer for my cause)...the good news is, this year I've got padded cycle shorts. Hurrah!
