My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My name is Mihai Tufă, I’m 26 years old, I was born in Romania and I live in Harrogate. On the 16th of February 2012 I will start walking around the world while taking a lot of photos of it and stacking them together with stories on the adventure's website - theworldphototour.com. All the journey, a little under 60.000 miles (which is a little under 100.000 km) will probably take me between 5 and 7 years to complete, but I’m not in a hurry.
In doing so I want to contribute with something back to this world, fundraising for WaterAid, British Heart Foundation and Princess Margareta of Romania Foundation. The Princess Margarita of Romania Trust (PMRT), an Incorporated British Charity was founded in 1991 with the aims and remit to support the work of the Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation in Romania. The PMRT's main activities are related to fundraising for the Foundation's programmes whose principal beneficiaries are children and the elderly in disadvantaged communities in Romania.
