Story

A final outing, a final idea …… 120 more miles in a week! In April the tiger and me are running the Brighton Marathon (and being filmed by Channel 4) and then I will be running / jogging / staggering up to London over the next few days, doing a big lecture on the Thursday at the Royal Institution. On the Sunday the tiger tries to tame the 26+ miles of London.

These creatures are still being poached, their bodily parts still being violated and their future is desperately uncertain.  Over the last few years generous people have contributed thousands of pounds and dollars to our campaign in Bandhavgarh to help the tiger’s lot. Schools have been built, bore holes dug and vehicles bought. It is not time to stop as there are many more schools and educational establishments that need repair and development so I ask for your generosity one last time.

What will I do with the suit ? I do not know but his year it is coming with me to India – long overdue – I want all the people I have worked with over the last twelve years to see her. The whole project is being covered and filmed by the Sunday Times this year, I hope I am still standing in front of the camera by around three P.M. on the 13th of April.
