We are cycling the Way of the Roses Coast to Coast cycle route for Simon's 40th Birthday challenge. 

The cycle route is 170 mile long; starting in Morecombe and ending in Briddlington, going through some dramatic countryside in Lancashire and Yorkshire (and up some big hills). There are 4 of us undertaking it (myself, Simon [Birthday boy], Steve and Roger) and we are aiming to do this in 3 days. Some of us have not undertaken anything like this before and none of us are under 40 now Simon has joined the club...

Myself and Simon have also decided to raise funds for "Hearing Dogs for Deaf People" and any donations you can give will be very much appreciated, thank you.
