PSC Support is the only UK charity solely dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by PSC. PSC has no known cause or cure. PSC patients urgently need a treatment that works. Please help us to fund vital medical research and provide information and support to PSCers and families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now for a really worthwhile charity.

Like me many of you will not have heard of PSC before now. Sadly I have a very close relative suffering from PSC and therefore I have first hand experience of the impact it has. Daniel Eadle is 21 years old and a truly inspirational young man. Daniel has been suffering from PSC now for a number of years but in 2012 things have taken a turn for the worse. Sadly he has spent more time in hospital this year than out of it and is as you read this in hospital in Birmingham. It is looking more increasingly likely that he will need a Liver transplant in the near future. Daniel is awesome a genuine person and beautiful both inside and out. He is a talented young man, outstanding drummer, musician entering in to a very successful modelling career and he really is an all round good guy...He really is one of life's nice people...

Daniel never complains or moans he is a trooper and fights to get better always looking to live life not moan about it...

For his family it is incredibly tough to see him suffering with the pain and poor quality of life that no young person should suffer. We all wish we could take the pain for him...but he continues on with a truly admirable fighting spirit to get better.

PSC is a rare incurable disease that has no known cause, cure or treatment. It causes the bile ducts both inside and outside the liver to become scarred, narrowed and eventually blocked. As more ducts become blocked, bile becomes trapped and damages the liver, leading to cirrhosis and liver failure. (other symthons linked to PSC include drastic fatigue, significant weight lose, sickness, Awful Pain, Bleeding, horrendous itching...

I am going to work really hard this year to raise as much money for the PSC finding a cure team...Starting with a Half Marathon in Reading on April 1st and many other runs thereafter conluding in the USA... running the Chicago Marathon and hopefully NY....

I will also be doing events such as 100 rolercoaster rides in one day...and I am looking in to a huge challenge of Plane Walking...(scared of heights...well me too but for this cause I will do it)

A few years ago I jumped out of a plane for a solo parachute jump (I loved it so much that I went back the next day and did it again...but had a problem with my chute opening...luckily I survived but maintained never again....well hey I may change my mind on that...but only if you give generously and support this fantastic cause to find a cure for PSC.

Please support me in making all the PSC sufferors lives better and of course helping them gain a better quality of life.

In October Alice Clarke Daniels Fiancée and Yazmin Goodgame Good friends with Alice and Daniel will both be running the Oxford Half Marathon this is their first run and there working very hard towards it so please show your support as they are showing there’s.

We Love Daniel very much and will do whatever it takes to help....My life moto is be open and try anything once so here we go I will put that to the test this year in the course of raising tonnes of money for charity.

PS...If you want to join me for any of these events ....SHOUT....(company welcome)
