This year as a family we are raising money for The Neo Natal Unit at St Georges Hospital.

Lisa and Danielle are both training for the London 10k run on 12th July 2009. They are both new to running so this will be a big achievement for them both.  Lisa has always said she wants to run the London Marathon before she hits the BIG 40...so this is a start !!

We will keep you all posted on their progress.

We completed the 10k.  It took us 1 hr 35 mins which we are very pleased with seeing as we are not natural runners !!!  We would like to thank everyone, friends and family who have supported us throughout and for sponsoring us as well.
