Having grown from an idea in a pub on the River Wye, Tom Booth & Ollie Pollard (canoeing novices!) have embarked on a year of events culminating in the two longest canoe races in the world - The Devises to Westminster International Canoe Race (125miles) and the Yukon River Quest (460miles). The first race in the journey to the Yukon is in January 2010; The WYE100, a 100 mile event against the clock on the River Wye.

So in total…

685 miles - 100 hours

3 races, 2 paddles, 1 charity...

Help us raise £20,000 for HelpforHeroes!

Our journey to the Yukon will involve intensive training, and a lot of time in our trusty canoe but more importantly it will also include a series of fundraising events, from the ‘Top Gear Thames Time Trials’ to auction dinners on the Wye and in London. For full details check out www.wye2yukon.co.uk

Please join the journey, support our events, and help us raise £20,000 for a great cause.
