So. I'm apparently doing the London to Brighton bike ride! I've never done anything like this before. I am, or was unfit, before starting (a bit of) training for the ride. I've also got an exam the week before which I should be training for. I would greatly appreciate it, as a recognition of the ridiculousness of this, if you could be generous enough to donate for this effort! 

But, more importantly, if you could donate for the worthy cause. And also for the soul purifying effects of charity giving! The cause we are raising money for is run by the 'Who Is Hussain' team, who I can tell you are a very humble and dedicated small group of individuals, who do this alongside their day jobs. They work hard to help those who need help. Internationally, they have coordinated massive projects like feeding 15,000 people. 

In the UK, and the project we are fundraising for, is the work with the homeless. Every Saturday they have been providing food. They want to raise money, so they can continue this work and to expand into setting up mobile showers, food storage facilities and CV workshops. 

They do this in the name of and love for Hussain, grandson of Prophet Muhammad (peace be on them), who along with his family, sacrificed so much to stand up to injustice and for what was right. He is the son of Ali, the one who used to spend his nights feeding the orphans. And it is in this spirit that the team are working to make the world a better place. So please help this very worthy cause, to help with a shameful problem on our doorstep which we are all very aware of and to make the lives of vulnerable people a little better.
