Between July 24th & 26th, we will be cycling the 147 mile coast to coast, from Whitehaven to Sunderland. We are raising money for AYME; a charity that has been extremely valuable throughout the ten years of (Yaz & Alex's older brother, Sarah's son) Ben's illness. 

Ben has had ME since he was 10, and at his worst (up until 2 or 3 years ago) was tube fed, bed bound and could barely speak. He is now on the road to recovery but we don't know how long it will be until he is completely well again. 

AYME (Reg. Charity No. 1082059) provides support and information, and acts as a lifeline to many young ME sufferers, including Ben. Please see their website www.ayme.org.uk.
