The Isle of Thanet Yomp 2007 takes place on the 19th May. Starting and finishing in Ramsgate the walk takes the yompers 27.5 miles around the island and will probably take between 10 and 12 hours. It will be a test of endurance; not just walking the 27.5 miles but also managing to stay out of the 30+ pubs we will be walking past. There are certain to be aches, pains, sore feet, blisters, arguments, sunburn and sheer relief when we complete the task.

Keith Silk, Steve Kempton and Jon Stringer will be participating and will be raising money for Cancer Research UK - the UK's leading charity dedicated to cancer research. The money you donate will be used to fight this terrible disease that claims so many lives both young and old.
