Running the London Marathon two years ago was one of my greatest accomplishments. I swore I would never do it again!

But who was i kidding, I need a challenge. 

I ran London in 4.33 and my ambition for NY is sub 4hrs!

From 6th July - 2nd November I will be training 5 days a week covering hundreds of miles.
