On May 19th we will be attempting to cycle from Lands End to John O Groats in 7 days - averaging 130 miles a day. Keith and Steve are the cyclists. John is the logistics manager, support vehicle driver, chef, bike mechanic (though he doesnt know it yet!) and all round Man Friday.
