WE HAVE DONE IT!! We have completed the Four Peaks Challenge and are still able to walk! It was an amazing weekend. All the effort put into training paid off and we completed as promised within the 48 hours. 60 teams completed; the Yompettes (girls) with a climbing time of 14 hrs 31 mins finished 36 overall and the Yompas (boys) with a climbing time of 13 hrs 15 mins finished 22 overall. We walked/ran 31 miles, climbed 145,00 feet and our drivers - Claire and Claire drove 1541 miles. We have raised over £10,000 contributing to a total for the event of £459,000. We want to say a huge thank you to all who sponsored us. Your generosity and support proved to be a great inspiration to us and helped us through some tough and challenging moments.
