Flora London Marathon 2007 · 22 April 2007 ·

Sense is here to support disabled people from the first weeks of life through all the major milestones of adulthood. Over 70 years, we’ve built extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting disabled people with complex needs, including deafblind people.

Story

On Sunday 22nd April I’ll be running the London Marathon in aid of Sense, a national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind.

Your generous & invaluable support will be a massive incentive for me during the many training miles that lie ahead, and particularly on the day when my legs decide that they’ve have had enough well before the finish line.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure and, if you are a  taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

My employer, Barclays, will also match all donations through its £4£ Fundraising Matching Scheme, so every £1 you donate could equate to £2.28.

Go on, please sponsor me - you know it makes sense.

Cheers,

Steve.
