As you may or not know i am doing the Great South Run which is a 10 mile run through the heart of Portsmouth on Sunday 25th October 2009 to raise money for a great local Charity IOW Mountbatten Hospice which provided hospice care to the patients with life limited conditions and their families.. so a well worth reason to get those hands in those deep pockets. It may also put a smile on your face knowing that while you are in bed on a Sunday morning getting over the night before i will be stomping the streets sweating my butt off!!
