We have decided to sacrifice our quiet Sunday lie in for It's a Knockout madness!  

We'll be scrambling over slippery inflatables, running around in large costumes and just generally getting very wet all in the name of charity!

On Sunday 17th May, using props from the actual television show Young's will be competing against sister company The Seafood Company and many other teams at Blundell Park for the It's a Knockout Trophy.
