A dozen of us have just completed a bike ride up through Ireland, Mizen Head to Malin Head, from 12-17 June.  It was a distance of about 416 miles,  and I am raising money to help YFC Northern Ireland and YFC Republic of Ireland do their "PROJECT 32" next year - trying to have an outreach team in every one of Ireland's 32 counties.  It's a great and imaginative project, and it could have great consequences, but it will cost quite a bit to put on, so anything you can give will be exceedingly welcome.

I am aiming for £5 a mile - not too ambitious compared to the Ride Across America last year, which for me came in at just over £11 a mile, but I am starting late with the sponsorship.
