About the NKF  - Young Persons Group

Young kidney patients often feel isolated and alone. The YPG is a contact point for all young renal patients, a place where they can obtain support and share information and experiences and so reduce the sense of isolation many young renal patients feel. As young people, there is a real need to interact socially and gain mutual support from others in a similar situation.  The YPG provides vital contact between young patients, and we are raising funds to support the following activities: a quarterly newsletter, Kidneytastic , a dedicated YPG zone on the NKF Website, a pen pal scheme, setting up local support networks and providing an annual get together and workshops.

Your donations will allow the YPG to move forward, be bigger & better & increase the support we provide for young kidney patients in the UK.
