I'm doing my first hiking challenge this summer in support of St Giles Trust. The one-week adventure ranges across 4 Balkan countries (Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro), summiting 3 peaks, trekking through various terrains, and wild camping on the way.

With total distance of 68km and ascend over 4600m, this will be a challenge of both physical endurance and mental strength. Many thanks in advance to my friends who promise to train/hike with me in the following 4 months up to the challenge in August.
