In the week beginning 20th September 2010 I am planning to walk 108 circuits of Lam Rim Buddhist Centre in South Wales (www.lamrim.org.uk/wales).

The prayer path measures approx. 1/3 of a mile. This will make 36 miles in total.

Any sponsorship raised will go to the appeal launched by the Tibet Relief Fund UK and Tibet Foundation UK, to help supply food, clothing, shelter & reconstruction following the earthquake on 14th April 2010 in Yushu prefecture in Tibet.
