The Zimbabwean public in association with United Action for Youth (UAY) a UK registered charity, are holding a Christmas party for senior nurses of Zimbabwe aged 60 years and above who are still working in the public health sector on Thursday  17th December at the Crowne Plaza, Monomotapa Harare, tickets cost £25 each. The Senior nurses Christmas party, being sponsored by Zimbabwean companies and Zimbabwean members of the public, is a wonderful acknowledgement and appreciation party to honour people who have shown outstanding commitment and dedication to the nation’s public health.

The Christmas party is an afternoon of fun and laughter, eating and dancing and of heart-warming acknowledgment. There will be music and dancing for ana gogo and sekurus.

How to Donate

To donate, click on the Donate Now button and leave any amount you wish to. We are urging people to donate from as little as £1. Your £1 added to 1000 others makes £1,001 and to 10,000 others makes £10,000 and we have reached our target! We can do it guys! Come-on... let's give our nurses a BIG Thank You!!

How to purchase tickets

To purchase tickets for your nurses, click on the "donate now" button on this page. Each ticket costs £25, so two tickets will cost £50, three tickets cost £75 and four cost £100.

Half tickets meal only cost £10, so 2 will cost £20, three tickets cost £30 and four cost £40
Half tickets hamper only cost £15, so 2 will cost £30, three tickets £45 and four cost £60

Please ensure that you complete your name and address when you complete the form, and click on the button that allows UAY to see your contact details. We will send you a Thank You card before and after the event.

Gift aid

Because this is a doantion, we are able to claim gift aid on your donation towards the funding of the event in the form of ticket sales. When purchasing tickets, you do not need to untick the box that says: "I'm not getting a ticket, product or service for my donation."
