About Zoe's Place Trust - Middlesbrough

Zoe's Place is a home from home for babies and young children who have life-shortening and life threatening conditions. Zoe's Place offers palliative, respite, and end of life care for babies from birth to five years old. We receive very little funding and therefore rely on donations/fundraising.
