Hi , I'm Zoey   and work as an health  care assistant on F6 at the Royal Oldham Hospital.

I'm running the Blackpool illuminations 10 km run on Saturday 6th September to raise funds for Christmas to ensure that the patients who remain with us over the Christmas period have an enjoyable stay with a ward decorated  with glorious trimmings and trees and a visit from santa  leaving presents for the good girls and boys.

Christmas is a time when patients are more acutley aware  of being in different surroundings and it is our intention as a ward to make the patients who remain with us part of our extended family.
