With a little bit of time on my hands and my love of exercise using my punch bag - I decided to combine the two and try and raise some money for a children's charity - to help children less fortunate than myself.  

I thought Wallace and Gromit's Children Appeal would be a good choice for this.  

Wallace & Gromit's Children's Charity is a national charity raising funds to improve the lives of sick children in hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.
