Story
I am cycling in Aid of the Brierley Hill Project.
The Brierley Hill Project is a community support centre working with members of a community suffering hardship of some kind in the deprived neighbourhood of Brierley Hill in the . As I know you will be aware you don’t need to go to a third world country to see and experience the challenges that a cycle of poverty, poor educational attainment and poor parenting, to name but a few, has on a community. These are exactly the people that this project seeks to engage and support by helping individuals and families break this negative downward spiral. The project seeks to offer wrap around support for the most disadvantaged of this community and aims to work with people in a wide range of ways often resulting in the people the project helps becoming active volunteers at the heart of their own community.
