28th October 2019 will be forever etched in my memory. The day that changed the lives of people who are very much loved forever. Ava-Grace Stevens was on holiday in Orlando with her family when she suffered an anaphylactic reaction to something she ate and sadly passed away. I can not for one moment imagine how Steph & Geoff must be feeling and I wanted to do something to honour her memory. 

By taking on London to Brighton 100K I will be pushing my body the hardest I ever have done. Why? Quite simply because I can. Please please help me to honour Ava’s memory 💜
