Story

JAMES / JOSH

Thanks for taking the time to have a look.

Lockdowns been tough on the old nogin, quite easy to get caught up and focus exclusively on keeping your own life afloat /  moving forward. Keen to contribute to an organisation that is working daily to help others. Well overdue raising some money for this cause also having experienced my dad struggle with recovery from a stroke aged 40. 1 in 4 strokes happen to people of working age or younger. Having to start from scratch at an age typically associated with peak confidence and security is tough. My old man fortunately made a full recovery over years, many others aren't so lucky. Different Strokes aim to promote independent stroke recovery and help younger stroke survivors reclaim their lives.

My self and my step brother Josh, along with 100 miles of running will be aiming to complete 31 days of 500 reps in the month of march.

  • 200 Sit ups / day
  • 100 Push ups / day
  • 100 Burpees / day
  • 100 Shoulder Press / day

Set the bar high with this and it is going to be a struggle for us not to  fatigue after the first week. Any donations will be massively appreciated and will help us endure to hopefully get this completed.
