A group of Spark's friends have decided to run the 10k Great Yorkshire Run in Sheffield to honour the memory of one of our closest friends who sadly took his own life.

We have all been friends with him for a long long time, and have been shocked and saddened about what has happened, and by doing this we can do something in his memory, and hopefully raise money for MIND, as it is a mental health charity, that does a lot of positive work to remove the stigma of suffering from poor mental health, does a lot of work to help people through depression, and it doesn't matter what we raise. If we can just as long as we can raise enough to help enable someones friends and family not to have to go through the same trauma and ordeal that Spark's friends and family have had to go through then it will be more than worth it.
