At the end of January I am running 10 miles with some friends and colleagues at work to raise money in memory of a friend Steve Parish who passed away this year. We are raising money for South Kent Mind to support others suffering from mental illness. If you are able to give a little that would be brilliant, I am planning on doing a few other events this year to raise some money.
