We asked the good people at 11:FS HQ to vote for a charity which meant something to them so we could focus our fund raising efforts.

They picked Mind who are one of the UK’s leading charities for mental health education and awareness.

Research has shown that two thirds of us experience a mental health problem in our lifetimes. While poor physical health is something we have as a nation become quite good at spotting in ourselves and others, mental health not so much.

Every year people experience mental health problems and don’t get the support or understanding they need. Hundreds of thousands of people are struggling.

Mind and 11:FS believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. When you're experiencing a mental health problem, supportive and reliable information can change or save your life. That's what Mind do. Mind will listen, give people who need it support and advice, and fight their corner to make them healthier.

Mind do an amazing job trying to take care of others so we would like to take care of them and throughout 2019 will focus all of our fund raising efforts on them!
