In a partnership of pain, during the month of November, me and my partner are running 202.0km in honour of the terrible year 2020 has been. For the non-metric folk, think of it as 100miles followed by a marathon.

Maybe we can run away from our problems?

We will be aiming to complete half the distance each, but will be supporting each other in case either of us has an off day.

We are both raising money for different charities, I have chosen the Fare Share Midlands branch. Fare Share support dozens of charities across the country to distribute food to schools, homes and communities that need it most. 

I have chosen this charity due to our government voting to not support hungry kids through this pandemic, but being happy to take a payrise due to some mild COVID related inconveniences. 

If government won't support our most vulnerable then we need to do it ourselves, which is what I aim to do.

I hate running, I have done no training.
