Mosaic Clubhouse is a small charity which helps people in the local community have a safe place to talk about their mental health, as well as help them battle social isolation. Even though I wasn't there very long, they helped me through tough times, and helped me build memories and friendships that I will treasure for eternity. What helped me the most (which I think there should be more of nationwide) is their evening sanctuary, since night time is always tough for people, especially when going through a difficult time, and having that contact or a place to go to when in trouble, can make all the difference to that person. They also help as a barrier for people who are experiencing mental health issues, which helps relieve the pressure off the A&E departments in hospital. This is my way of saying thank you, because they helped me, when I had trouble helping myself, so thank you Mosaic Clubhouse.
