Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Following a charity boxing event at the gym in 2016, we've decided to take on a team challenge this year to raise money for wounded Royal Marines and Supporting Arms. Together we will complete 24 hours of boxing on pads, this will involve us working in teams of 3 in a relay - hitting for 1 hour, holding pads for 1 hour and taking care of everyone for 1 hour, then again…..until the morning.

We will be doing 2 minute rounds with 1 minute breaks, this will be 20 rounds an hour, and each team will do 480 rounds by the end of the event. There are five teams altogether so by 10am on Sunday 30th April we will have completed 2,400 rounds!!!

This is a huge challenge for us all and we will be training for 4 months to make sure we not only complete the task but finish well.

Please support us by donating whatever you can, we are all extremely grateful for your support and please join us at Hit Fitness Wimborne, Dorset at any time from 10am on Saturday 29th April to 10am Sunday 30th April - if you'd like to come at two in the morning we'd love to see you!

Thank you from Dave, Caroline, Greg, Ellen, Sophie, Laura, Emily, Ryan, Adam, Luke, Lisa, Charlotte, Debbie, Matt and Helen
