Story

On the 20th of October 2019, I'll be running my first (and likely only) Marathon, in honour of Olivia Weydert, who lost her struggle with Cancer in January, aged only 3.

PACT – the Parents Association of Children with Tumours and Leukaemia, supported Olivia's parents.  I asked Pierre-Adrien for a few words:

"PACT did a lot for us, in more ways than one. While Susan and I were at Olivia’s bedside, they provide free sandwiches for lunch, which was very helpful as we did not have to leave Olivia alone. They also provided a lot of daily support to us during all this difficult time, during Olivia’s original treatment and after she relapsed. They also made the new clinic a reality at the Children’s hospital, and that was a great achievement.  They also provide on-site accommodation for family who are out of town."

It will be my honour to do this run for Pierre-Adrien & Susan and to raise money for such a brilliant charity.  Please consider donating!

Thank-you
