Heya!

What's all this then? Well, one of us is a former GB athlete, the other one is being coached by the former GB athlete and we're both doing something we've never done before... we're running the London Marathon for charity.

Here's a few words from SHP about the fantastic work they do supporting homeless Londoners: 

"We are Single Homeless Project, a London-wide charity working to prevent homelessness and transform lives. Each day across all 32 London boroughs, our staff work with individuals to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness, such as poor mental health or drug and alcohol dependency. From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 10,000 lives every year"

It really is an honour to have been selected by such an incredible organisation to represent them in one of the coveted charity places.

We have a few things up the sleeves of our running kit to get us to our goal but for now...
