We are  "competing" in Stockton's River Rat Race on 24th August to help raise funds for Teesside Hospice!

With a 10K run, huge obstacles, swimming, kayaking and walking the plank into the River Tees it will be the biggest challenge we have ever faced.

Please wish us luck ... we'll definitely be needing it.
