Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing 160 Press ups and 160 Sit ups everyday with a target of 25,000 (all will be witnessed) between 26th July and 14th Oct 2010 during my tour as a paramedic on the Medical Emergency Response Team helicopter in Afghanistan.

The '320 Challenge' is chosen as the 320th Serviceman to die in Afghanistan was a member of the RAF Regiment so this is in rememberance of him and also I am Ex RAF Regt, the other main reason is that I pick up casualties on a daily basis who will benefit from the work of Blesma and Combat Stress.  These brave members of HM Armed Forces daily put their lives on the line so that others may live.

I have made two pages one for Blesma and one for Combat Stress, so either choose one page to donate or make two seperate donations, any other funds raised will be split 50/50, every little helps.  I have not set a final target amount.

The other website for donations to Blesma is at: www.justgiving.com/320Challenge

Many thanks

Andy
