Story
We at 3 Counties Timber & Building Supplies are a builders merchant with a big heart and we have supported The Pepper Foundation for a number of years now. As our chosen charity we have decided to ramp up our fundraising campaign and launch the 3C Challenge to raise awareness and donations for Pepper.
We have set up this Just Giving Page to act as a single platform to raise our initial target of £30K. The staff at 3C are raising money by carrying out individual and team challenges and we are inviting you to join us too! So, if you're running the local 10K, going on a monster bike ride or sitting in a bath of spaghetti hoops, why not ask people to sponsor you and do it for Pepper. Just tell us who you are, what you're doing and when you're doing it, email it to pepper@3ctbs.com and we can add you to our Just Giving Page. All your sponsors need to do is to add your name in the comment box when they sponsor you, that way we all know how much you're personally raising. You can shout about it or remain anonymous, we don't mind, we just want want to go to our friends at Pepper, in November, and hand them the biggest cheque we can! Alternatively, you can make a donation by simply clicking on the DONATE button and following the instructions.
Here is our list of our current fundraisers:
- Rod Rogers, taking part in the 3C Leg of Honour Challenge. To join him, please visit https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/legofhonour
or see the bottom of page. - Andrew Waugh and his children, Scarlett and Blaze whose cake sales raised £50 in April this year
Who are Pepper?
The Pepper Foundation raises money to support hospice at home care for children with life threatening illnesses in Herts and Bucks. It offers palliative care to children of all ages, supporting them and their families through really difficult times. The care that the Pepper nurses provide really makes a difference to the children and families they care for, and we want to help them raise their profile and assist funding for future care. For more information about the service provided by Pepper, please visit the official Pepper website at https://pepper.org.uk
Either way, we thank you for visiting our page. By doing so you are helping to raise awareness for Pepper, and the more people that are aware, the more support the charity will get.
