Penny Appeal’s Hifz Orphan programme is a new and unique three-year sponsorship programme for orphans, which supports orphan children to read, learn and memorise the Holy Qur’an.

It also offers the high standard of benefits the OrphanKind programme provides, which includes nutritious meals, clothing, comprehensive healthcare and a foster mother – all in a loving and caring home. They’ll also be taught the Holy Qur’an in a clean and well-ventilated environment, with experienced teachers who use modern techniques in small class sizes.

If that isn’t enough, after graduation, our Hifz Orphans will be given a pathway to life and automatically enrolled on to the unique Orphan Youth Programme. This scheme looks to identify opportunities that will further support the orphans, and will give them a chance to continue with their Islamic studies, complete mainstream education or do an apprenticeship to gain valuable hands-on skills and experience.
