Our Dad meant the world to us and we want to do something for him. 

Before Dad died he worked at the YMCA Horizon Project, helping transform young men's lives. Lads that were struggling in conventional educational channels were given the chance to learn valuable trades skills and give their life new focus.

My Dad suffered from PTSD as so many ex-serviceman do. It was the Poppy Factory that got my dad back into work after a lengthy time out. It gave my dad new focus and got him back into the world where he was able to make a big difference to so many peoples lives. I know they have helped so many others who have been in similar situations, where ex-serviceman struggle making the adjustment back into civi-street. They have also helped so many ex-serviceman that have been severely injured on duty, helping them back into work and giving their life new meaning.
