Outlaw Half - Holkham · 3 July 2016

The Herts Air Ambulance (part of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust) is a free, life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service for critically ill or injured people in Essex, Herts & surrounding areas. It costs in the region of £500k a month to cover all charitable costs and aircraft operations.

Story

Were doing the Outlaw Half triathlon in Holkham on the 3rd July to raise money for the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance. Adam Stevenson was rescued in April 2011 by them after he fell off his dirt bike. In July 2014 Steve was also saved by them when he was involved in an accident on his motorcycle on his way to work. Luckily they are both here still to tell their stories and are back to full fitness tackling 1.2m swim, 56m Bike & a half Marathon all because of the air ambulance. Please do donate as Steve found out "you never know what's around the next bend". Were trying to raise £2700 or more as this is what it costs to save a life. Thank you
