Dear family and friends, 

On the 27th July, I'm going to try and play 40 holes of golf at Gleneagles in Scotland, to raise money for the Samaritans in the UK, which provides emotional support to people in distress. 

Your support would be much appreciated; as much or as little as you can give. £109 pays to recruit and train a new listener at the Samaritans.  

I’ll let you know how I get on; and if anybody happens to be in Scotland at that time please come along and join Mir and me for a well deserved drink at the 19^th (or 41^st) hole...
