We are a group of lads from Warrington who have recently had to deal with the fact that one of our good friends has been diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia.

Our friend Gary has always been a positive character and certainly hasn't let his recent diagnosis get  to him! He has given us all motivation to challenge ourselves and we have decided to take part in this years Yorkshire Marathon to raise money and awareness for Leukaemia.

This marathon is also a big personal challenge for each member of the group and will require a lot of training and dedication!

If you can spare any extra cash to donate to this amazing cause then we would be very grateful!

Ryan Major has recently competed the Great North Run and is running Manchester Marathon to make up for messing his entry up! Good man!
