56 Dean Street is Europe's busiest sexual health clinic. It's based in Soho and sees 1 in 4 of all the gay men who use sexual health services in the country.

We're determined to end HIV transmission in London. In the last 2 years we've seen an 80% reduction in new HIV diagnoses at our service. However, we haven't seen a fall in gay men aged less than 25 years old. We're trying to raise money to reach this youngest group with the aim of creating an AIDS free generation of gay men.
