Ive decided to do a 60 day rehabilatation fundraiser to mark My Dads Anniversary which he passed away 30th March 2006 that day part of me died too and I miss him so much each and every day.So instead of feeling sad ,I thought I would turn this into getting myself fit again which my dad would of wanted to enjoy Our Hols this year too Benidorm a place My Dad loved and hopefully raise a bit of money for MOTS.

My mobility has deteriated due to needing weekly blood transfusions ovr 3 yrs so running low on.blood all the time makes it hard to do anything and I need to get it back as im reaching the big 40 this year haha.

ive had a procedure today so tomorrow 31st March i will do weight n measurements so u can see progress and Pheebs is doing photography for Gcse so she can take some progress pics , no laughing at my body shape mind haha
