This April I am going to start a charity run to raise funds for CF Warriors and the Paediatric CF Team at SGH. 

The challenge; starting on 15th April I will run for a minimum of 15 minutes everyday for 65 consecutive days finishing on 18th June, Wear Yellow Day for CF Week. 

Why 15 minutes everyday for 65 days? Well Samuel spends approximately 15 minutes a day EVERY day doing his physio, aiming to keep his lungs as clear as possible, shifting any mucus build up. 65 days, because cystic fibrosis is often referred to as ‘65 roses’ after a child overheard their parents talking and thought they had 65 roses not cystic fibrosis. 

All funds raised will go to CF Warriors who will then send half to the CF Paediatric team at SGH.
