Stepping Stones DS helps families navigate the journey from birth to adulthood, helping young people with Down syndrome (birth to 24 years) to fulfil their potential. We support children and young people with Down Syndrome and their families in North Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

Story

In 2012 I had gestational diabetes. In 2019 I was told I was pre-diabetic and continue to hover very close to this threshold. 

Quitting sugar is hard to do. But it's worth it to raise some money for Stepping Stones DS which helps young people with so many more hurdles to overcome than I have ever had.
