Perhaps having a mid life crisis I decided to set myself a challenge and finally push myself beyond my comfort zone.  Running ticks that box and running a Marathon is surely the ultimate challenge.  I started in May this year using a borrowed pair of running shoes . Various aches and pains later with one black toenail I have just completed my first 10K race - its a start !
