Andrew and Caroline Cooksley, along with 12 colleagues from ACT Training, are doing an all-nighter! And before you ask... no, we don't have another party to go to! 

This time, we are staying up all night to support Llamau, a leading homeless charity that works extremely hard to help some of the most vulnerable young people in Wales.

For one night on 10th November we will be swapping our comfy beds and pj's for a cardboard box and a sleeping bag on the cold wet winter streets of Cardiff. We'll be experiencing what it's like to be homeless - but we will have the luxury of a security watchmen, plenty of hot drinks and the knowledge that we'll be going home when the night ends. 

It's a worrying reality that hundreds of our Welsh young people are sleeping on the streets. Being homeless is one thing, but being young and homeless is another. Having no where to call home, nowhere to cook, clean, sleep, nowhere to feel safe... all of the things we readily take for granted. 

Llamau reaches out to these vulnerable youngsters and provides a
range of support services designed to prevent homeless, from family mediation to rebuild broken relationships, to specialist supported accommodation, and unique pre-vocational training and help to find work. However, they can only provide their services with the support of people like us raising much needed funds.
